Do you have the tradition of drinking beer at night. You know, before going to bed, while you are writing some articles here and you need some moments to do it and the beer does help? Beer might be synonyms to writing because we sometimes have the moment to do it. As long as you cannot sleep of it, I think there no such bad effects of drinking beer at night. This is also a liquid which our body needs. Tradition because men usually drink liquor at night, especially here in the Philippines. You know, after work or just a habit of doing it. Drinking beer is one of my doing because I want to have some good sleep after the hectic and working day. How about you, do you do have beer before going to sleep?
