Diet can improve fertility. I have a sister that's gone the in-vitro route. She and her husband are now expecting their first child. But that can be an expensive path to go down. Are you struggling with infertility?

@pufitzamison Have you heard of the Trim, Healthy, Mama "diet"? I have read that many women have overcome their PCOS by following that eating plan, and conceived. I do hope you'll be able to conceive soon. Don't give up hope! I had a friend who tried to conceive for the first 6 years of her marriage. Finally, she became pregnant...and that first pregnancy seemed to open the floodgates of her womb, so to speak! She and her husband recently had their 5th child!
