how the money is given?

I didn't understand how the money is given here. Do I get paid just for these posts? Is it as simple?

One answer to this is making the discussion interesting. You should comment on others discussions. They will comment on yours. The payment system works in that way.

@p19rocks also Pintuji, the writing matters. Some discussions does not get responses. Others get a lot of responses.

The key here is interacting. What you are doing now is good because you interact after a member respond to your discussion. Just keep on doing that and you will be in the right track. Try to search for the discussions of others too and participate there are much as you can. Be patient with the earnings here.

You do not get paid for anything YOU do here. You get paid for what others do. The idea is to interact with people, to get them to interact with you. When they comment on your stuff, you start earning. They can comment on a comment you made on a discussion, or on your discussion. When you comment, you are helping that person make money.
