My fear for interview is just nerve wrecking. The same way you would fear a bad dog is the same fear I have when I go into an interview. The interviews I had that went well would be with persons, talking to me like they knew me for a very long time, which actually let me feel rather relaxed. In other occasion when these individual are not down to earth, meaning that they mean business and only business, it creep me out, even if I know that I am the perfect candidate everything just changed. I totally a have a mental block for interview, as I heard the word I start getting very anxious this is crazy, I think I could function better not knowing it’s an interview.

That's rather interesting because you would think that standing in front of a crowd would have the opposite effect on you. It's great that you can stand in front of a large crowd though.

Have you tried researching the company that you will have an interview at so you can talk intelligently about it, you can ask some questions about what you have read.

yes I normally do my research on the company. It could be that I don't know exactly what they will be asking, even though I have practice a barrage of interview questions. I really can't pin point what I am fearful about, but I normally get really nervous even if I went there prepared. I think it maybe its a mental issue
