for when you are tight on budget and dont know what to make try this out. half cup of frozen peas, half cup frozen carrots, 4 packs of rammin, two egg whites and some soy sauce. boil your noodles slowly pour in your egg whites and stir drop in your peas and carrots and you are good to go. for any of you brave enough to try this with me let me know how you liked it. my kids loved it.

We like it, I make noodles occasionally and it's always good. I add different vegetables to it, according to what I have on hand.

My kids think the guy who invented the ramen noodle invented it for them. They're not even Asian! Started eating the noodles because of them. I happen to like cabbage. So I slice the green cabbage leaves sprinkle the noodle seasoning packet on top and then put the noodles on top of the bed of leaves, add water, put a lid on the pot and it cooks in about 5 minutes. That's the basic variation. The recipe changes depending on what's in the refrigerator.

I think some rammen could do the trick, with all the other ingredient except for the eggs and the soy sauce. This is a good idea for any budget, even better when you are trap for cash.
