Can't Sleep

I am so worked up over my recent hospital experiences. They were so bad! I've never been treated so horribly as a psychiatrist patient...well I take that back. I have, in a way, but it resulted in a massive complaint being filed. I haven't even written here yet the story about how they went through my journal because they knew I was documenting things! I am so worked up I can't even settle down to sleep!

I hope you can settle down to rest soon. Some hospitals are truly horrible
