Aching Muscles

When you go to gym, you read: "no pain, no gain." My muscles right now is aching because of too much force I used yesterday during my run. I am thinking if I'm gonna take some pain reliever or just let it until its gone. This is not the first time I felt like this. Every time I pushed myself to my limits, the after effect would be like this-- an aching muscles and parts of the body. But I consider this as a prize. Because this is the proof of my hardship and determination of everything I do.

Just don't push it too much until your body gets adjustment with those excercise

Sounds like you may be overdoing and need to slow down a little bit but what do I know as I don't run.
