Sleep, sleep where are you?

it's been two days that i experience difficulty in finding sleep,in the morning the feeling is somehow similar to jet lag. What do you think is the remedy to my problem?

Removing those things that are weighing heavy on your mind. Try taking a warm bath. It helps relax the body. I hope you get some sleep. Sleep is very important.

Sleep is the only thing in my mind, I did try taking a bath but it was of no help.

I've been having the same problem. If you've been having anything with caffeine I would stop, and then slowly ease into a regular sleep pattern.
