Rose Is A Mouse Hunter

This afternoon, my Rose is roaming around the house. I got curious of what she’s doing and find out that she’s busy tossing the mouse with her claws. When I had her in the house, everything seems in place and no mouse playing within her territory. I guess I don’t need to worry about mouse eating all things up in my nook. The house is secured within the house and her three dogs buddies are doing the same thing outside. It sounds they are private loyal soldiers. I can’t also deny that they are also my best buddies. They cannot betray me as a real master for them. Photo Credit: Shavkat

Some cats are great hunters, aren't they? We had a cat that was only little but she was a great mouser.

@Shavkat If they are going to be hunters they just know how to hunt by instinct.

Most local cats really catches those rats . That's why it is said that if you want the rats to be out , then have a cat inside the house always .

@SIMPLYD I agree. That's the reason why we need to have her in our lives. Since my brother is having his chocolate goodies business. He can't afford to spoil his products. Rose is his private security.

she's a good cat, I used to have cats too but I didn't know how to train them to catch rats.

@LetranKnights2015 I think we don't need them to be trained. They can figure it out by themselves.

Well good thing is you will have a pest free house! My cats catch mice every day but outside in the yard and bring them to the house. I feel pity for the poor mice.

So you've got a cat securing the house from mice on the inside and three dogs securing the outside working with her... There's a story in there somewhere.

You also have a cat? Your Rose looks like our Shady. But Shady did not come back home about 2 months now. My daughter and I takes care of 9 cats in our small unit. They are cats roaming around the condo building looking for food. So we fed them and now they are my big problem because they don't want to stay outside our unit anymore. It is not allowed for us to have pets in our unit but now they became our pets already. I called up PAWS and request them if they could rehome these cats but they said that these cats are my lifetime responsibility already :)). My daughter even offered them to her friends for adoption but no one wants cats because their litter and urine smells awful. Actually, they are 17 in all but some just don't get to come home at night time. Some unit owners and janitors are violent with them that is why they fear going out of our house. We usually let them out of the house when we go to the office and school. Our cats are like human, they understand what we are saying and even respond with a wink or a meow. All of them are sweet and wants to be cuddled. How i wish i can send them to a place where they can be taken cared of very well.

We cats are the enemy of mice and plan to exterminate them all. Welk done,Rose. Love from Freya, the mouse exterminator and Catblog Cat.
