Do you have any common law trademarks? What is the benefits of common law trademarks? What is the best ways to go about protecting unregistered common law trademarks? I have DNatureofDTrain, Heinzism, Casey Heinzim, and Mother Nature US. I was told all you needed to do was to use it often, and put the little TM symbol " ™ " by the name... Does anyone have an other tips and tricks to share to keep your unregistered common law trademarks protected?

Trade mark is legal claim the name or logo you use on products or services.. for most that is their brand name.. many start off with a business name, then they use their common law trademark TM .. symbol .. then they pay the big fee to registers their trademark R symbol so that others can not use their name or logo.. or their trademark without permission....it is also a phrase or a slogan too...
