Which technique is more useful Calisthenic or Weight training? Calisthenics used to be an ancient technique, which was replaced by muscular weight training.

Well, practitioners of both methods will tell you that their way is better but calisthenics definitely has advantages such as zero requirement for equipment and little to no joint pain. There is a tremendous amount of information on the net about weightlifting but there are very few resources on calisthenics. However, there is a book on calisthenics called Convict Conditioning which has acquired a great deal of acclaim and followers in recent years. You might want to check it out.
