My dog is a Pain in the butt

I have 2 dogs, one is my resident dog Kaycee (white) and my new dog, Jayjay(Sable). Kaycee is the smart and kind dog. Jayjay is the Hard-headed and stubborn dog... Jayjay barks ALL the time! As much as little things like. His food fell from his bowl, playing with Kaycee, when someone (me) enters the dining room. Argghhhh.
I believe he doesnt listen, ive tried telling him no! And using shake cans.. But noooppeee. He is so stubborn -sigh-

Give u time for both u puppies see what they like and dislike , after that try to change your self or arrange things for u puppy to be happy and behave better way u like u want to be

Couldn't remember exactly when my dogs annoyed me. All of them seemed sweet and nice. None were noisy.

Lucky they are so small because you can just pick them up. May not stop the barking,but helps with potential fights, Kind of hard to pick up a 100 pound German Shepherd. lol They do get better as they get older. I know little dogs like that usually learn the command inside voice. My friend has a dog like yours and it is funny listening to whisper barking.

My dog is stubborn too. But we're a special case, as I raised him to be independent... And that's what I get for my troubles. I'm assuming Jayjay has a different story.
