Finally! It's raining!

Right now, for the first time in a few months, it has finally rained and it's coming down hard LOL! Thank God for this rain! I missed watering our plants and lawn today because of the wedding we attended this afternoon.
In old Philippine folklore, rain on the day of one's wedding is a sign of blessings (more specially so that this is the first in several months) and the couple for whom we stood as principal wedding sponsors should be very happy with this rain.
While I am writing this Discussion, the rain continues to pour down hard. Blessings!

When we went there last year, we only experienced some rain and that was good because it would have hindered our sightseeing :)

I'm so glad that you finally got some rain. It has been raining here in Virginia quite a lot and it is raining again today. We are over the usual rain levels this year by quite a few inches, I have heard on the news.
Rain is so important, so I'm glad that you are getting some rain now.

Yes, Ms. Alice, We're so thankful for the much-needed rain that poured tonight. I hope the rain at your end does not pour more than what is needed to keep the plants alive and the surroundings cool.
