Maintaining weight for persons with sitting jobs

May 21, 2016 1:07pm CST
I've been worried about how I would have to get a job in a couple of years' time. While it's fun to be on my own, the thought of having a sedentary lifestyle with a desk job where I sit for most part of the day mortifies me. I don't want to develop weight issues in the future. Being a law student, most law jobs that I could probably get into are sitting jobs. I wonder how you working people out there get moving and manage your health. Any inputs shall be appreciated

You can jog, walk, bike, swim etc and watch your caloric intake.

With lawyers, most jobs take up all day.. that's the concern.. but I guess it's all about managing our time efficiently

This is the same case with my brother as well.I would suggest you that if you get very busy throughout the day then either join a gym and go in the morning or fix a time if possible in a day or should go for a jog in the morning. It will help you a lot to not gain any weight. :)

Maybe you can get an exercise chair , or make an conscious effort to exercise at least 15 minutes a day. It takes some effort, but certainly possible
