My Boyfriend Said He Is Going On A Collagen Diet

My boyfriend is always on some health tip. Now he wants to improve his skin from the inside out. He said he will be taking Proline, L-lysine, and Vitamin C. Personally, I take a supplement with Biotin for healthy hair and skin (Hairfinity).
