In celebration of Flores De Mayo (Flowers of May) this month of May, one mayor of Batangas made another story of shaming the alleged drug pushers in their city. They let them walk in the streets dubbed as Flores De Pusher. Eleven drug pushers were put into shame (again) by forcing to walk with placard in front and back of their body saying they are drug pusher and should not to follow. But hey, Commission On Human Rights is watching him now.
