One Extreme to Another

A few days ago I had to have the heater on in the office so I wouldn't freeze. Now I need a fan not only so I can stay cool, but so can the computer.
Yesterday I had nothing but trouble with the computer because the humidity level in the house was high.
When I tried working on here earlier this afternoon, no go. A trip to Wal-Mart hopefully fixed the problem. I have a small USB fan sitting on my desk, not only keeping me cool, but hopefully doing the same for the computer.
Hopefully I'll be able to do what I couldn't do yesterday, finish the notifications. I've got 170 at the moment, so I will be here for a while clearing them out.
The fan sure does feel good.
I also picked up food for supper since with the freezer problems we need to do daily shopping, or close to it.
Everything is looking up for me and I hope your day is going well also.
Thanks for reading.

We hit above 80 degrees here today and it's quite warm. I had to put the a/c on so I can imagine how hot your place is

My son wanted to put the A/C's in the windows and we don't usually do that before July. June is still relatively nice. So it looks like it will be a warm summer.

It is because the computer just doesn't want to cooperate. I couldn't get anywhere with it yesterday either. However, today is going well. I'm well on my way through the notifications and I had 200 due to not being able to do much yesterday and the day before.

@Drosophila I got them caught up twice before I went to bed. I had less than a hundred this morning and I've whittled half of those down already.

canned air to blow out the inside of the case, can also pop the side of the case off, and have the fan blowing directly into it. cant tell where the tower is, but nothing on or near it, and it needs good air flow

Today I had 200 because I couldn't work on the computer much the last two days. I'm almost finished with them now.

Do you get notified of 'likes'? I disabled that one and pretty much cut my notifications in half. They are much more manageable now. I don't really need to know if someone has liked a comment of mine etc. Responses, comments and mentions are enough for me.

my won bought that fan to cool this net book that i am using now. the fan broke 2 years after, that is why i am here outside at the veranda where humidity inside the house is higher than here. when the net book gets hot, i leave it until it gets cool, then i come back here, again
