Nowadays nobody has got any time to concentrate on many things. At least they are not in their home atmosphereGreen and White Omelet. Everything goes fast..fast..quick..but not at the cost of healthy. They do not even care for the saying 'health is wealth'. Even breakfast has to be quick. But, can you make it quick and fix health in it. Yes. Sure. There are some recipes which come for your support; Apple Sandwiches with Almon Butter these are quicker and super healthy because of the vitamins, proteins, and healthy fats they contain. Banana Bites: These are great morning snacks. Simply gush some into your mouth. Vitamin, protein, fats, and minerals all are there... Green and White Omelet Add some green veggies to your regular Omelet. This is a great way to pack all the nutrients right at the start of the day. Baked Tomato and Egg Cups This is a perfect addition to your morning breakfast. Broiled Grapefruit: Starting your day with fruit is a great way. Grapes are rich in Vitamin C.which support your immune system. This is a good breakfast if you are feeling a bit under the weather or full of cold. Holiday Lara Bar These bars contain nuts and spices which are endowed with health benefits. Nuts are rich in vitamins and healthy nutrients and these can be prepared within no time and can be had just by a grab from the fridge as breakfast. Polenta: It tastes creamy and it is a good alternative to oatmeal.Using micro oven it can be prepared in five minutes as breakfast. Jalebi with kachori This is a fast morning breakfast of Calcutta, India. The day starts with sweet and savory. Everything will be readily kept in the fridge. The speed with which they prepare this breakfast will be quite interesting. Within 10 minutes both will be on your table to enjoy with as breakfast. This is the combination that can not be broken to stay healthy.

I'm wishy-washy. There are some seasons of time where we're eating super-healthy, and other times that I resort to breakfast cereals because it's easier for the kids to serve themselves. Do you have kids? Because I'm tellin' ya, sometimes cereal is the sanest option for a mom. Love your breakfast ideas though.
