Its been over a year now that I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety and unfortunately I also have extremely frequent suicidal thoughts. I've been in the psych ward three times and I am on medication. Sometimes are harder than others and today seems to be one of those days. Have you or someone you loved every experienced depression or anxiety?

I'm so sorry. I am bipolar, so I know what that is like. It is an endless battle that sometimes I get tired of fighting. I hope your meds make you feel better.

@mbabies2 @cpefley It is indeed a constant battle we cant determine until when we remain strong. But still we have the last word for it. and our last word will be "We are bigger than our depression and WE will always win. (Hugs)

I've no personal experience of this, but have read other Mylotters descriptions of it, so I understand it a little now. Sorry you're having a bad day - would getting out in the open air and taking some exercise help?

I am sorry to hear to hear about the things you have been through. I also have depressions and anxiety. I was diagnosed many years ago and I have tried many different kinds of medication. I quit most of my medication in November last year, and I am doing okay without the antidepressants, but my anxiety has been getting worse without the anxiety medication.

My sister-in-law, she's on medication and she seems to be doing fine now. I guess it helps that she gets support from family and friends and she's enjoying the job now that I referred her to.

I have had terrible life, and some part of it continues to be terrible. I find myself surprised at my undying spirit. Many would simply have surrendered to the fate because there seems no hope at the end of tunnel. But I continue. Either I am in perpetual depression, or a fighter. Whatever it is, I do face periodical bouts of feeling low, but I always tell me, tomorrow it won't feel this bad.

Yes, a grandniece, but I think she's well now after some treatments. Hope you'll be fine soon. Just think that life is short so enjoy it; whatever you have, or whatever circumstances you are into.
