Is Medical Transcription, home-based, a difficult job?

For the first 6 years, I worked in a company environment as an MT/QA in the Delhi. After six years, I returned to my hometown and started working from home. Do you guys (home based MT/QA) find it difficult to work at home, managing both household chores and your job together?

MT is medical transcriptionist and QA is quality analyst or editor in medical transcription business.

@ilocosboy Well, MT is not hard, but MT at home seems really hard, at least, for me.
