I´m reading through the explorer on Mylot reading through discussions, when suddenly I noticed I was biting my nails.
This is a habit that has accompanied me for as long as I can remember, but I had not done it lately. That´s what I think.
What causes someone to start biting their nails?
Do you bite your nails?

Yes, it´s very hard to stop it. I rarely bite my nails now. I used to bite them more when I was a child.

@carebear29 I will do the same. It has worked before. Sometimes I forget to stay busy.

I never bite my nails at all even as a kid. I was told it's a sign of insecurity.

It could be. Noticing unusual things always gets me nervous. It´s like witnessing the unknown. Uncertainty freezes me up.

I can. It´s just a matter of finding the source and eliminating the effects.

Me too. I just rarely bite my nails; however, in the past, it was almost everyday and at every hour.

I relate it more with anxiety. Stress is also a spark for buting my nails.
