Oh, no sleeping late

This is really troubling me almost three days now, I don't know why I develop this all of a sudden. I think it happened when I started peeling those leaves, that changes my routine. I've develop a habit of drinking coffee and taking naps in the afternoon. Then I sleep around ten in the evening, then wake up an hour later . Right now I decided not to sleep this afternoon hoping the routing.

Having naps in the afternoon sometimes wrecks your normal sleep routine.

WellI am sleepy now and will try to take a nap. I have work to do till 10pm tonight and I am not liking it one bit.

Me too , when i nap in the afternoon , for sure i will be sleeping past midnight and i will be having work the next day .

It is not easy that you can wake up after an hour of sleeping. I think, you should stop drinking coffee late afternoon or night time, it can't help you to sleep.

@Letranknight2015 I've experience it, if I can drink coffee or soda late afternoon, I can't sleep early or can easily wake up even in wee morning.

coffee plus sleep in the afternoon can make up wake up till night, you must be so tired to sleep well

yes, I think that would be a great idea to change you routine so you can maximize yourself and at night your body will surely would want to sleep.

I've started taking naps in the afternoon, too, and it's really messed with my sleeping schedule. I'll have to get back on track...

i can totally relate to you! I usually have this pattern during my exams. And after exams it is quite tough to go back to the actually pattern which one should follow.! I think you should do one thing. try to sleep at the right time at the night and in morning drink coffee it will prevent ur afternoon naps. So this will keep u active throughout the day!

Maybe you should minimize the coffee intake.
