Yoga class or gym...

To be fit which of the above option is more benefitial...? I guess yoga assures you physical stemina along with mental health... gym is basicaly useful for building...

it depends on your needs and preference. if you want to lose so much wait and gain weight as well, gym is for you. if you want to maintain your good body posture and want to have clarity of mind while excercising your body, yoga is recommended.

I prefer the gym or walking or biking or jogging, yoga is not for me at all.

Its depend on people.i never try in yoga class.so i dont know how it work.but gym is absolutely work with me
