I HATE Mondays!! - Do you?

There's something horrible about Mondays!
Today is a primary example of what can get on my nerves on a Monday.
i) My phone notifications stopped working, I missed several WhatsAPP msgs from my Ma. So she now thinks am ignoring her.
ii) I found out I had to resubmit my paperwork to revenue, as they don't have the "signature" form.
iii) My last month's electricity bill was wrong. I got charged twice as much.
iv) I got some completely random feedbacks from a colleague, and I literately had to bite my tongue or it could have turned nasty. Leave the battle another day!
v) I had to break some depressing news to my cousin.
I stopped myself from doing any more work, I have a feeling today is gonna be "one of those" days... better luck tomorrow.

that's good to hear your day is going good.
I have had some food to eat and feeling rather mellow now.
I guess I should be glad.
1) at least I found out my notification isn't working, so it is working now. my Ma is all good.
2) at least all the revenue is after was just the signature form, not re-fills
3) my electricity bill is wrong, I can recover the amount, its not like I really just splurged 450USD worth of electricity.
4) at least now I know my colleague's stance on the project am leading.. easier to deal with now.
5) that bit of news suck still.. no good way to tell someone they didn't get the job.. .

I'm sorry to hear your Monday isn't starting off right. Hopefully there will be something better! But getting your vent off your chest helps a little right?
My Monday just started, grabbed breakfast and now going home to eat it.

@Drosophila I'm assuming it wasn't a bank holiday in your neck of the woods. I was in the park with Hugo and it was a lovely sunny day so it was a pretty good day for me.

Indeed! annoying things tends to happen to me on Mondays and Wed/Thurs days.
Tuesday, Friday, and weekends are fine.

@JudyEv well usually Monday tend to get the worst lot of troubles..
Then closely followed by Thursdays. IF Monday is fine.
Then followed by Wednesdays.
I usually get 1 bad day in a month I guess

People normally hate Mondays because it's the start of the working week.
This week we had a public holiday on Monday, so today (Tuesday) is the start of my working week, but I don't hate it because it'll be Wednesday tomorrow, which means halfway to the weekend.
I can see you had a bad day, but that isn't exclusive to Mondays. I am not going to tempt fate by suggesting things will pick up. :p

@Orson_Kart nope.. I get 1 bad day a month.. and it usually occurs either on a Monday or Wed/Thursday. I'm quite lucky on all fronts actually, it just that every now and then the scales need to balance... I can't have all the good gigs right

hahaha, well things did pick up... I must say "bad" events tend to happen to me on Mondays and Wed/Thursdays. Thursday more than wed. Tuesday, Friday, and weekends are like fine.

My week is usually so mixed up that Monday is not really Monday anymore-;), which is...well, good in a way...but also every day of the week has a kind of forboding sense haha, j/k.

I have always hated Mondays with my whole being since my childhood. Reason is simple that after rest on weekend, Mondays are only there to torture.

Well, new possibilities start nearly every day for me, including the weekend.. I certainly won't wait till Monday for it to happen
But I agree with you, its a matter of perspectives, and I am feeling great today. But good to have a day where all my troubles happen at the same time, as opposed to spread out through the week and piss me off further. so for that.. Monday is quite good.
