Back to Gym

I realized I have gained a lot of weight. So I started doing some situps and crunches. Now my whole body is on fire. Lifting my leg is a disaster. I hope I will be able to follow the routine to the later. It's so boring.

Why are you not running ? How does situps and crunches help in reducing weight. I think some jogging and some dieting would help. I hope you know what you are doing. All the best.
