Love that tranferred to a forever friendship!!

I loved somebody and had confessed to him the same.He is my bestest buddy.I don't know when did I started feeling for him but I did.When I had confessed he had told me that there is nothing from his side and I'm just his good friend.I had gone into mild depression but recovered gradually by own will and realization. Recently we were talking regarding this thing and I had said I may go away and do cut off if I again go into the depression but he was like "I'll never let that happen".I was speechless at that time. I gradually realized that before love he is my bestest buddy and I won't let that to get spoiled.The best part that thus happened is yeah the love is still there but now it no longer harms me,it has made me build the relationship and the friendship we people share into an everlasting friendship. I feel proud of who I have become today and the way I have converted and transferred the love productively .
