Good afternoon or evening.Sorry,that I have not been on too much.
Though I have not complain and not one of those person to.
I have been having terrible pain in my neck and head.
I get this now and then and drives me wild at times.
Been taking medication but nothing seems to work and waiting for the doctor to give me some answer.I want to see a specialist on this.
most of it arthritis that I know.The medication that he prescribed is not working.
So i did the heat pad thing.Help some.Right now not too bad
I try not to do much moving on the neck.But working on the computer does not help much.go figure.Have a good night and see you in the morning.
I have been sitting out on the deck and just reflecting most of the afternoon

Have you tried an analgesic roll on for your neck. My husband gets relief from some of his back pain from it and I use it on my shoulder.

Sorry about your neck pain.Hope you get well soon.
Have you tried some light exercises(yoga) for the neck BUT only after taking advice from an expert.
Different ailments need specific exercises.
The flowers are pretty and the arrangement attractive.

What a beautiful bunch of flowers. I dare not have these at home because cats eat them and die ... *gasp* ... hope your pain eases more and lets you sleep soundly.

The only thing I can think of that might be worse than head and neck pain would be back pain. Hope you get better, sooner than later.
