I've gained weight over my birthday weekend / myLot

Well remember I told you about my weight gain issue this past weekend. But I've gained wait over the weekend with my birthday meals--both lunch and dinner. I've had a seafood trio combo at Red Lobster (and had leftovers for Sunday's lunch). At Shake N Steak, I had chicken sandwich with fries and a milkshake that did the trick. At Eat N Park, I also pasta and a milk shake with the salad bar. For yesterday's lunch at Applebees's, I hate the oriental chicken salad with strawberry lemonade, and chicken tenders with fries. And a small birthday sundae did the trick. Overall, I now weigh 117 pounds and need 3-8 pounds in the next couple weeks before my physical. I can't wait to buy ice cream this weekend and make my own shakes this month.

The best way to gain weight by eating is to move your bed in the kitchen. Thats what my wife keeps telling me.

Lol, you did not gain weight over the weekend,as you get older,the weight just keep climbing,sometimes it seem like even breathing gets you more weight. My lifestyle or diet has not changed in years, but since l hit 40,the weight keep piling for no reason at all.

You know what's hard? Doing diet! Haha I'm lightweight before but I discover a food and I became addicted to it.. and I eat a lot.. and... I dont like the result
