Those wonderful knives!

I´m now in bed mylotting while I half watch chefs teaching me how to cook beautiful dishes. I am a very good cook, but they have two things I don´t. Their dishes are more beautiful than mine and their knives are sharper than mine. I think that I could make my dishes more beautiful if I spend more time in them. But I don´t know where they buy such wonderful knives. They have other utensils I haven´t seen elsewhere. But I would not buy something I´d use only once. But a chef´s knife! I´d give my kingdom for one of them.
