Should Virat Kohli plays T20s at all?

Test cricket is the best cricket. Intelligent cricketers in the world, take rest and only play tests. English batsman Alister Cook recently crossed 10000 runs in tests. Anderson broke Kapil Dev's record and has more than 450 wickets in tests.
On the other hand, India is choking Virat Kohli to death. In addition to tests he plays at least 30 one dayers and more than 50 T20 matches a year. It is a waste of talent.
Virat himself should take decision. Even if he plays one dayers, it is a waste playing T20s.

I think he is a good player and can play all formats. However IPL cricket should be played less. That way he can stay fresh for team India tournaments. And not only that team India is playing too much cricket and less test cricket.. It is something bcci should take care about.
