Fickle Nickle Pickle

If I had a Nickel for every Fickle moment in life I would be in a pickle having to explain the suddenly acquired wealth. Today as I was rethinking some of my personal goals in the educational /hobby department it crossed my mind that my desires are fickle.
I believe setting goals are important to help oneself in finding purpose. I am still searching that I want to do and feel as if it was effortless. I like writing and it comes easier to me than most things but its not without its hitches.
I question myself doubt I will be able to do it and do it well. I want to not move forward with some but I keep coming back to them even though I don't feel that continuing the same behavior is making progress.

Setting goals and reaching them is possible only if there are tools to help you reach. Before setting goals you have to make a list of tools that you will need. Many times it happens to me. I get very enthusiastic about doing something and then realise I cannot because all the tools are not available.

When you don't have the tools it makes everything a little more difficult if not impossible. Its funny that you said that because in many ways I feel that way about parenting if you don't have the proper tools you are off to a really rough start. I have to think about the feed back I have gotten and figure out how to apply the tips to my daily life situations that stump me in some way.
