I found this serial this year, but unfortunately this serial only have 1 season, you should try to watched it. It is about someone who live 200 years and try to solve a problem as medical examiner based on his life experience. He also work for a detective and solve a death case with his memorize.

I have seen this series which is American and played on ABC last year. The immortal man is played by Ioan Gruffudd.
