Same things daily

How do you all do same things daily ? I don't know how to get rid of this problem I have since childhood for example I was never regular at school. When I was preparing for competitive exams I had this coaching institute where I had to go daily and by the end of six months I left it halfway for another coaching institute where they taught us alternatively and I studied well there with interest and scored well too.Mind you I m a very good student all my life and studying never ever bored me.Same thing happened at college never regular but I scored well so teachers ignored it. Now same thing for my job I work on altenate days a week then working every single day because of this my salary is half of what it should be.My Gym trainer is always angry with me because there also I go three days a week.i don't know what is the problem with me, I will be happily doing all household core and then someone will mention its a daily work and I will stop doing it daily.Due to this habit of mine no one trusts me with anything whether I will do something or leave it after few months. Am I lazy? Suggest me what might be my problem and how you all do your work daily.

create a schedule!!! pick a paper, a pen, decide how your days will be and stick it on your wall!! it worked for me!

I will try setting a schedule as you suggested but my track record is not very good with following a schedule.

@jerry260188 Begin with one day after another. The shorter the time, the sooner you'll see success. Make a plan for tomorrow, and tomorrow make a plan for the day after tomorrow and so on. Of course, you're lazy but stop thinking and talking about this. Either you want to change and get going or you don't.

@jerry260188 you'll have to commit to it! make yourself sign a contract with the new person you want to then, then, you woun't want to break that promise :)

For me, I found the best way to commit and stick with something is to find reasons important to you for doing what you do. Believe that you are making a difference in your life. Set goals to obtain. Look for the final reward for what you commit to. It always helps to do things you have a passion for.

Setting goals, either short or long term and achieving them, can become a habit in your life. The pleeasure one obtains from achieving goals is the best stimulant for getiing rid of laziness.

Why don't you mention on your account site in which country you live? I don't understand the question at the end of your post. You know very well what your problem is. What you need is a coach who helps you set up a schedule and checks on you regularly. But do you really want to change? I'm not sure about this. Somehow you seem to feel quite good with your lifestyle.

You are not lazy. You just do things differently. I don't like routines either I would rather have a flexible schedule. If you really want to get used to doing the same things daily, just take it one step at a time. I think the key here is repetition and creating a good habit. When you do a chore, task or whichever that is not in your regular routine you need to reward yourself like a gift to reinforce the good habit.
