Toilet seat debate

Women always complain about men not putting the toilet seat down. The reason apparently is because at night when they go to the washroom, they don't check to see if it's down and end up falling in. Why don't they just check? I mean how do they know that they are even over the toilet ... for all they know they could be about to pee in the clothes hamper! Thoughts?

Men are lazy? You do realize that do to gravity ... it takes more effort to lift a toilet seat than it does to lower one. Therefore - women are actually the one's who are lazy!

You shouldn't generalise should you. Me, for example, I have a wife who has trained me well! Men don't put the seat down because we don't need it down (usually). About the clothes hamper: Ours is next to the toilet. On a bleary-eyed morning I lifted the seat of the toilet and threw my socks and boxers into the bowl! No I didn't do anything in the hamper!

I think you just solved the mystery of why socks go missing in the dryer. Maybe it's bacause they never make it to the dryer ... they never even make it to the hamper. They're being "flushed"!

We men clearly are the victims of a conspiracy! Women, knowing that our backs are fragile things, evil plans are made to pressure us to lower the seat every time we pee! I however have overcome this! *shows pee bottle*
