A good fridge has become an essential item to keep all vegetables, curd, buttermilk, cool drinks etc., safely for use for a later date which saves time and money in not going to market to purchase them using transport which will be heavy for your pocket. At the most this electrical appliance consumer 1 unit per day. Even then it is a burden for a middle -class family and he will embarrassed every month whenever a bill for payment comes from the Department. Will it not be good if there is a system that does not use any electricity? Yes, there is one. Here it is The system uses a porous earthenware pot. which contains an inner pot which is glazed. The gap between these two will be filled with wet sand. In the inner pot. the food is placed. The evaporation of the outer liquid draws heat from the inner pot, as a result of which it remains cool always. This can be used to keep any substance cool.
