Sharing a Bed with your Dog

Do you allow your dog to lay in bed with you? Or do they have a special bed?
I share my bed with my doggie!! She loves laying on the bed and never on the floor. She runs and jumps on my bed then nudges my arm so that I will lift the blankets. Then she runs under the cover and curls up beside me! Cute, huh?!Do you allow your dog to share the bed with you??

Yes, I used to all the time. She was such a bed hog lol. She would kick me and push up against me to get room lol. But she's too old to jump up on the bed now. But now she has an orthopedic mattress. I don't even have an orthopedic mattress lol.

That's cute and really loving!! When my doggie gets old, I will lift her up just like when she was a puppy!!!!

Get a crane to lift him up!! LOL
Just kidding. I dont think my dog will ever get that big, but the new puppy that we got just before Halloween might! He is a large Basset and is already really heavy.

I have shared my bed with a dog or two. LOL
But most of the time, the dogs sleep with the kids.
I think it is important for them to sleep with us in bed.
It lets them know they are a part of the family. And with that,
they feel more loved and more loyal.

I don't have a dog but I have two pampered kitties that just love to sleep with me...and of course, they don't allow much room for me!! LOL

I don't have a dog, but I have 2 cats. One of them lies in my or my sister's bed all day and night. So I say YES my pet does share my bed with me.
My other cat on the other hand doesn't like to go upstairs to the bedrooms. But if he did, I'd certainly let him sleep in my bed.

I do allow my dog to sleep with me. He has since he was just a little baby. And now he is 17 and I couldn't imagine not having him by my side most nights. Its going to be hard when he passes and he isn't there anymore. But yep...my baby gets the run of the bed. lol

Well if I could have her in with me I would but I wake up way too congested. She usually takes over the couch and sleeps on it. She loves that spot and doesn't like to give it up to anyone else.
