Based on my experience, I eat while studying and while taking exam i'll eat the same food so that I can recognize the taste and can remind me what I've read

This just reminded me: chew some gum while you're studying and then chew the same gum during the test and it will help (similar to ?).

Take a piece of A4 paper fold into half, fold into half again , fold again x 3 times. that can put into your pocket. Take a pen write every important points of your lesson or subject. There are 16 column for you, Bring alone, the A4 paper even at toilet, waiting, where evere you go . Take out and review all the points my way lo

Find a quiet place in a relaxing environment break down what you have to do into smaller tasks and take breaks even if its a ten minute break to grab a drink and snack and stretch your legs.

Turn off your phone, or at the very least, put it in another room. My phone distracts me way too much if I have it near me, and I end up not studying.

Also, Quizlet is really helpful for me, but it's also online or on your phone, so distractions may happen. Good luck with your exams!

Sleep early and wake up early. It's nice to study/review early in the morning after a long sleep. Stay away from your gadgets and put off your phone. Just focus on what you're studying and avoid unnecessary distractions.
