How using smartphone will cause you harm?

We all know pretty well that using smartphone before bed is bad as it will disturb our sleep. But, how many of us really keep it away from being used or at least try to fin an alternative? Moreover we take even hot caffeine for using it which is less harmful than using your smartphone. The smartphone, laptop and tablet emit blue light but the effect of this strong blue light on sleep is a major concern.and exposure this blue light will push your sleep-time back. It is always better at least now to keep the smartphone away from your bed.
