Weight is Easier Gain than Lose...

Why? What causes weight gain? - lack of exercise, - unhealthy / too much food, - eating habits, supper do a great part, these are what I could think of. Some said, healthy food is tasteless, unhealthy food taste good. Is it true? Tasty food is usually hard to resist. Common thinking goes like... "let's just finish this cake first, cutting down comes next time", and there is always a never ending "next time".

It think it depends on a persons metabolism. I eat fewer than my sister in law but she is thinner than me and sometimes it makes me think that it is so unfair..

That is true for many of us, but not for everybody. Some people struggle just as hard to gain weight. Gaining weight can be hard for someone bone thin with no desire for food.

This reminds me of someone I know, who is thin, eat as her wish, but not adding on much weight.

there are many reasons a person can gain weight the list of reasons can be endless. As far as good food not tasting good that is a matter of opinion some people only eat healthy and find the other stuff to be off putting.

@bloglog I agree there are some things that may appeal to one person and not another like how some people like lemons or other tart foods and others don't like them at all.

for me both, unhealthy and healthy foods are not easy to let them go.why?because as long as you are hungry you won't stop eating and if you saw something different from your taste you are3 eager to taste it.but you have to takecare of your health it's not because you want, you don't even think of your health

For someone like me who doesn't like to be stared at, I don't like exercising in public because I feel like I would be watched (even though I'm probably not). As for eating, I can eat less, but most of the people in my family never completely finish the food on the fridge so I would usually be the one finishing it because I'd feel like it's a waste. So yeah, it's quite hard for me
