Uploading photos

I am just wondering if it's just me and my slow dialup or if there are others that are having trouble uploading photos.
When I click to start uploading a photo, I sometimes have to wait half an hour or MORE before the image appears. Sometimes it takes even longer than that. Or it doesn't upload at all and I have to start all over.
Anyone else with this problem? Or is it really just me and my dialup...

I can't even seem to upload photos at this point & i'm on wireless broadband!
