Date night

So my hubby told me the other day that he wanted to do something this weekend.
He said that a movie and dinner sounded really great just the 2 of us. Well when he got his check and we seen it I did and still do not feel that we have the money to go and do anything.
But I sent him a message this morning asking if we were still on for tonight and he said yes we are. I am really happy I do not think since we been together that we have ever really been on what you would call a date or should I say we have never said that it was a date.
We have been out but never said we are going on a date. I just wish that he would not have told me and he could have just told me to get dressed and dressed nice and surprised me with it LOL but I will take what I can get. I am about to start getting ready now. He should be home in about 2 hours.
I will get done pretty quick and be back here but like I said I am very excited.

It doesn't matter if its a surprise or not... its the thought that counts. Right? Hope you had fun.
