2 meals a day

I used to follow the program: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. But after trying out multiple diets I found that eating Lunch and Dinner is far more productive and healthy. At first I felt dizzy and hungry but the effect came with weight loss and a sexy body. I'm proud to say that after a year of this diet I've never felt better in my life. It's a variation of the Intermittent Fasting. Where you alternate your eating period with a resting phase. Any IF dieters here?

Two meals a day will not work for me since I must feel so hungry after that. Usually I eat a lot for breakfast and lunch. I eat little for dinner. But I can't totally skip any meals. Sometimes I will eat some snacks when I feel hungry.

Yeah its a lifestyle choice starvation has practically been erased from the modern world (except africa and really really bad countries) I do it for health and wealth purposes so yeah its my conscious decision and it works for me :)

Why? Some people told to me that breakfast is important, so I ate breakfast at lunch, and ignore the dinner because we're just going to sleep

Do you get that feeling of sleepiness after a heavy meal? I skip breakfast so I don't get sleepy in my work and do it more productively I eat a decent meal for lunch and a feast for dinner which helps me sleep early and like a baby at night :)

Whenever I skip breakfast, I tend to double my lunch. Sigh.

You know that felling you get in your tummy when you're hungry? That the fats being burned and used up by the body. Its using your fat storage which is located in the stomach as a compensation for the meal you skipped. Usually when you're feeling hungry in the tummy its you're body telling you to store some fats. Don't believe it and you will be healthier. When you feel dryness in your throat that the sign of true hunger and you must eat for is necessary for your survival.
