Preserved Turtle

This sea turtle is preserved. It was found in the ocean dying and after an effort to revive it, it still died. If I'm not mistaken it is a specie of hawksbill turtle. But the city government, instead of burying the turtle, it preserved it was because of its size and importance to nature. I think the preservation was already more than 10 years. I just don't know the age of the turtle but I think it should come to 100 years of its size. As far as I know, this kind of turtle is endangered species.

I also have heard that turtles have the longest life span.

It is certainly a large turtle I have never heard of a turtle being perserved.

It is really a waste to lost this creature. I think the medical students should stop killing them. I remembered when I was still a student in university, we were instructed to kill a turtle and debone it.
