Busy work week

Good morning fellow myLotters how are this Thursday morning, i hope you are all doing fine, it was a very busy work week for me since, i do multiple jobs this week, We need to work the job of two to three person since many resigned from the company. They don't like the way the new management s doing. Our new manager is not the kid one, he just think of himself, not thinking of others. he is like that ever since he was our supervisor, i don't know why the big bosses liked him, they didn't see the other side of him, they just seen accomplishments of him, that they didn't know, this man only copied the ask of others and not his accomplishment. I hate this set up but, i choose to keep my mouth shut.

Work is good except for the fact that my mom and brother asked me to do some online errands. I hate the fact that my siblings are useless. Anyway, I'm done with the online errands. I'll just work now. It's my source of happiness.

That's really sad, you have upper person that is not a good leader. maybe it's time to record everything he does and tell it to the big bosses.

It is common. All bosses are liking him because he knows how to impress them and to extract from the low and show profits to the company. This is one of the tips for 'to be a successful Manger'.

If you still can stay and can manage how to keep him off your senses then do the best that you can. Prove to your boss you are worth to keep. Busy means you have a job. So keep it. Have a good one then.

we are all making our job well, we push whatever we can, but our higher bosses will never see it because, we never talked to the owner the Pres and VP's of the company.
