No really! I am serious! Conjuring 2 made me laugh more than a recent Comedy Bollywood movie I watched just a few days back. So I went to watch Conjuring 2 day before yesterday. I was really excited because I had never ever had the chance to watch a horror movie in a cinema hall and I badly wanted to. I pre-booked the seats so that I could get the seats which were a bit isolated so as to feel scared. But much too my disappointment when I reached I found show was house full. So the hall was packed with people. And I knew somewhere this movie is ruined for me. Who feels scared around so many people? As soon as the movie started a bunch of guys sitting just next to me started chatting and laughing endlessly in God knows what language and that too way too loudly! I mean they talked non stop, not even a single pause.I tried to ignore them thinking they'd stop eventually. But they didn't. I was done with my patience now, so I politely asked them to stop. They agreed. Kept quite for a bit but again started to talk after a while. By this time the entire hall was resonating with laughter. Everybody was cracking jokes, laughing, hooting. Literally everybody. And laughter is infectious even I couldn't stop myself from laughing. I was pissed but ultimately I surrendered thinking it's one of those days. The creepy nun which was supposed to scare the daylights out of me made me laugh my gut out. It was such a bizarre experience. The movie which has become one of the most scariest movie of all times seemed like nothing more than a joke. So folks, did you ever have this kind of horrible movie experience in your life where you find people laughing, chatting, passing comments, babies crying, phones ringing while the movie is on? What do you do? Do you ignore or do you object?

Yep! Didn't feel scared at all. It beats the purpose of a horror movie.

@skysnap I like movies with good plot. These days a movie has every element other than a good plot. Nevertheless still there are some genius people who make marvellous movies.

I have never had an experience like that. It's always quiet here and people respect others by not using their phones. Well at least you had a good laugh.

Next time you want to scare yourself, you might want to think twice in going to a cinema.

@MGjhaud That's right. You feel more scared when you watch the movie alone in the dark. With so many people around you I hardly doubt you can feel scared.

Well it was something unusual for me as well. And it is definitely not a common practice at any a multiplex and I am not aware of the scenario in single screens. And yes I had a very good laugh!

I find horror movies funny too sometimes. They are ridiculous

Yes exactly! This one was funny too. It looked like a failed attempt to make a horror movie.
