My strange lunch

I am trying to change my diet So instead of Pizza water Mellon Green mint tea and some garlic. Some people say the food can be beneficial in the near future. It might help Me lose some pounds.

@eagletrek2 An idea for cheap protein: hard boiled eggs. They are easy to carry around, cheap, easy to cook, and a couple of them for the morning starts you off right. Only 70-90 calories each, too.

I do eat the garlic I cut like into A pill shape and just swallow it like A pill I can feel it doing something to my Body starting to breathe easier and more

That the whole idea to live longer I needed To make changes now and number one is no more commercial energy drinks. I can make a natural one With green tea, raw Apple cider vinegar with the mother in it and some raw liquid honey and garlic

I would not say that it is a well balanced diet. Chance the pizza for a big saucer of mixed salad, a hard boiled egg and a fruit.

My problem I do not like salads But I do eat the onions from my Friends salads. I do like spinach leaves With olive oil and garlic

Watermelon is definitely good for you, so is green mint tea, and garlic is amazing for preventing colds. Don't forget your protein though, because if you don't eat that you'll be starving in an hour!
