Good Morning. Are you in a habit of going for a morning walk or running. I do, I wake up early in the morning and go for running approx 5km daily and just came back and was sweating like i will fill bucket with sweat. Yuck Going to take shower and gonna spend my rest of my day at home. And going to hit gym in the evening.

Yes, I do run in the morning before going to work. I actually sleep in my running gear and keep my running socks and running shoes by the bed so when i wake up, I wear these and then I go to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth and then it is off to running!

in winters but the more you sweat the more you lose. And you don't sweat much in winters

In have no running park and no partner too. Running alone is not safe for us, anything can happen. I seldom do that, just some simple exercise like squatting , bending a and streching the arms.

A good habit to keep the body healthy. Can't often do walking even running busy at home.

Yeah most of the people don't get time for exercise because of their busy schedule but just 15min of daily walking or exercise will surely gonna help you stay healthy
