Telephonic Interview

This post is specially for those guys who are searching for some kinds of help to be good at Telephonic Interview. As the name itself says it is not a face to face interview. So you do not need to wear official suits to appear. Here your tone of voice is everything with your ability of communication.
What can you do to be selected? Join some skill enhancement programs. Talk to successful persons. Learn a lot from TV. Hear news and try to mimic the news anchor. Read your language and grammar. Practice everyday. Make your own talking videos and see what is good and what is bad in there. Be your won critic.
Hopefully you will get selected.
I want to add some more information like eating habits, health and your temper.
May be you are enough fit but keep working on your health. Your habits are really important. Good habit is the key of good health.

Yes I understand what you are saying. This is in fashion these days. Most of the companies are running telephonic or video conferencing Interviews. This process saves their lots of money.
Face to face interview is traditional method of selecting aspirants and is much better than telephonic. I will write about this too. Thanks for suggestion.

@ashutoshpandey I agree. I am working online at this point of time. I had undergone the hiring selection through phone calls and demo in Skype. I think there is no difference in job interview per se. The only difference is that the way of the selection process.
