Yoga a part of life for a healthy life

The World Yoga day was celebrated a few days ago. How many of believe that yoga can keep you healthy? I do believe so. Doing pranayam regularly are some yoga exercises has worked miracle for me. I could relieve myself of arthritis and sinusitis, stop hair fall and keep aches and pains at bay. Helps me think positively

Yoga is really good for your healthy. I try to do at least 30 minutes of it twice a week. It takes a lot more control than people think and it is more of a workout than most would think as well. If you are doing it right you will get a full body workout and a metal workout.
