Leaving bed at Dawn is good for health

Its good for everybody to leave bed at dawn. Many students prefer to study at night time which can effect the health but if they study at early morning it gives extra benefit to their brain for memorizing the topic. Fresh air in the dawn, calm weather in the dawn attracts everybody. Free-hands at dawn is good for health for all the age group and above all to keep our body fit, dawn is the perfect time for jogging, exercising etc.

There are people who perform better at dawn, others at night. It has been proved. There is no universal truth, least of all in this subject.

That is fine for morning people. Not everyone is a morning person. Some people have different internal clocks. Dawn is the perfect time for sleeping, for me.

I study/review my client's cases early in the morning. I practiced the same thing when I was still a student.
